Dr. Accardo ​began her endodontic career attending Louisiana State University where she earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and a B.A. in Sociology in 2006, a DDS in 2010, and her post-graduate specialty training in endodontics in 2012. During this time she worked on research, including getting published in Journal of Endodontics, Volume 40, Issue 2.

Dr. Accardo is also a Board Certified Endodontist. Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics are a distinguished group of practitioners dedicated to the improvement in the field both professionally and personally. The process to obtain board certification is rigorous and only about 25% of all endodontic specialists are certified.

Dr. Accardo practiced with Endodontic Associates in Slidell and Greta, and briefly in Gulfport and Denham Springs before beginning her own private practice here in Mid-City, New Orleans. She values the time she spent at each of her former places of employment and has implemented the things she has learned along each step of the way to create the most enjoyable patient experience at Accardo Endodontics LLC.
